Nettspend “Shut Up”
Nettspend “Shut Up”
This music video was shot for rising Gen Z and Gen Alpha artist Nettspend. The concept centered around filming him inside a large transparent aquarium-pool, with colored dye being poured into the water for visual effect. The biggest challenge was that the dye quickly made the water unusable, requiring us to drain and refill the entire pool—using warm water—about 8 times within a single 12-hour shoot day. While this happened, we used a smaller tank to capture close-up shots mimicking the larger setup. It was a race against time, but we pulled it off smoothly, on budget, without overtime and with warm water every time.

Alina Pash “Bad Witch”
This project was for a Ukrainian artist who had just relocated to LA and didn’t have the kind of budget typically expected for a music video in the US. As a line producer, I had to get creative—finding affordable yet high-quality solutions, pulling in the right crew, and stretching every resource to its limit. I also stepped in as one of the assistant directors, handling scheduling and on-set coordination — something outside my usual role, but necessary to keep things running smoothly. Despite the constraints, we delivered a polished, visually strong video that matched her vision and stayed fully within budget.

Raid: Shadow Legends
Raid: Shadow Legends
The main challenge on this project was working with a pre-rendered AI-generated placeholder of a video game character, which we used on set to visualize how the monster would appear in the frame. This helped us plan shots correctly in terms of lighting, timing, and composition. Later, the actual 3D model from the game was added in post. To pull it off, we had to follow proper VFX workflow from the start—coordinating closely with the post team and keeping the visuals consistent to make the final integration look seamless.
This was a major fashion campaign for one of Ukraine’s top lingerie brands, where I worked as 1st assistant director. The schedule was tight—16 hours to shoot a packed concept. Midway through, a gaffer placed lights too close to ceiling fabric, which caught fire. The fire was extinguished with a dry chemical, covering the entire studio in powder and making it temporarily unusable. With no budget for a reshoot, I helped lead a fast cleanup and reworked the schedule on the spot. We focused on key scenes and wrapped with minimal overtime—delivering everything we needed despite the setback.

BMW M5 Competition
BMW M5 Competition
The main challenge in this video was helping BMW reach a younger audience for their M-series sports cars. The concept focused on associating the brand with an active lifestyle by featuring popular Ukrainian influencer Yan Gordienko. Despite a limited budget, the shoot involved multiple locations and frequent moves across the city. Careful pre-production and detailed scheduling were key—we built a tight shooting plan that let us stay on time, on budget, and avoid overtime and shot multiple locations on one and half shooting day.

McDonald’s
McDonald’s
The main challenge of this McDonald’s shoot was that it took place inside one of the busiest locations in the city. We had access only during the night—between closing and early morning opening—so we had to move fast: set up, shoot with a large cast, and fully restore the space before customers returned. On top of that, the ad’s tone was intentionally offbeat and pushed beyond McDonald’s usual local style. The concept was approved in advance and designed to be fun, slightly cringe, and fresh—centering around a unique QR code campaign encouraging users to download the app and place mobile orders.

McDonald’s “Happy New Year”
This McDonald’s spot was also shot overnight while the restaurant was closed, which meant everything had to be filmed, cleaned up, and reset before morning. The bigger challenge, though, was balancing creative freedom with brand expectations. Back in 2020, McDonald’s Ukraine was still cautious about unconventional ad concepts—so pitching a moose sneaking burgers under a coat wasn’t exactly an easy sell. But we managed to land the idea, and the final result captured a fun, chaotic New Year’s party vibe with a distinctly McDonald’s twist.

Steblich
Steblich
The main challenge for this video was working with no budget—it was a passion project for an independent artist who had a great track and a clear vision, but zero funding. Still, with a talented director and DP onboard, we were all in. I helped develop practical ways to bring the concept to life using real locations, natural light, and a minimal crew. We shot across several spots in just one day, moving fast and adapting on the fly. It was one of those rare shoots where the energy on set made up for the lack of money—and in the end, the result looked like something ten times the scale.

ZHILYOVA Campaign
ZHILYOVA Campaign
The main challenge of this video was managing a high-budget production involving multiple complex art setups—including several large custom-built robots. One was a robotic arm the size of a human, and another was capable of lifting a person. These machines required special handling. This shoot was also part of a larger production day covering three separate campaigns—including the one shown here, each with different set design. To stay on schedule, we shot this entire piece in just 5–6 hours, sometimes grabbing scenes while the next setups were being built. Everything went smoothly and the client walked away with three polished campaigns ready to roll out over the next six months.

Moove “Fire”
Moove “Fire”
This was another project for an independent artist with a very limited budget, where we had to push every resource to the max. The entire shoot took place over one night at a remote off-road location, requiring us to transport the full crew and a crane without proper road access. The creative challenge was to visually express how different people carry different inner fire—how spirit, body, and energy manifest uniquely in everyone. We brought this to life through a series of expressive characters and animals, each immersed in what drives them most. The result was a striking, emotionally charged video recognized as one of the year’s strongest in Ukraine.
